This item is made in Italy with genuine Italian leather. It is subject to exacting quality control measures and comes with a 24-month warranty.
If there is a problem with your purchase within the warranty period, please email us pictures of the defect along with the order number. If possible, we will pay to have it fixed locally. Otherwise, we will accept a return and gladly pay for the return shipping. The warranty will be void in cases of abuse.
If you treat your purchase with care it will only improve with age. Use our leather care products to keep your fine leather in peak condition.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund. The product must be unused and undamaged, and the warranty seal must be intact and all parts of the product must be returned in order for it to be eligible for a refund. The refund will not include shipping or taxes. If your order was shipped for free, $14.00 will be subtracted from the refund to cover our shipping costs. You must notify us via email at [email protected] within 5 business days of receiving your product to receive instructions and assistance with the return process, and for the product to be eligible for returns. Wentworth Leather reserves the right to refuse to accept a return if the product shows any signs of use. If you are located outside of the United Kingdom, we must receive your return within 30 days of the product’s arrival at your address. If you are located within the United Kingdom, the product will be returned directly to Tuscany Leather and is subject to the Tuscany Leather 30 day return policy which you may view on their website: https://www.tuscanyleather.it/enand your refund will be dependent on the return being accepted by Tuscany Leather
If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival at your address, you must notify us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of the product’s arrival in order for the product to be eligible to be returned. Please include a description and photos of the damage or defect in the email. All of the return conditions listed in the previous paragraph still apply.
